• However good or bad your systems we have probably seen better or worse. We have seen archives stored in a damp basement on wooden racking where, when the racking was fully utilised, documents were placed on the floor. The racking then collapsed. We appreciated that attention to archives does not usually receive the priority it may ultimately require.
• Our service can range from purely the provision of ordered racked space with files available for ease of retrieval - at a fraction of the cost of office space - through to a complete review of your systems. We can prepare an inventory of every file stored and produce this on either Microsoft Access or Microsoft Excel database/spreadsheet formats enabling you to quickly identify document locations and to maintain destruction dates and access information.
• We can provide scanning to CD or alternate media systems to reduce the cost of retrieval and enable authorised users to have a wide selection of documents available.
