Storage options - a choice depending on volumes and requirements:
- The wide ranging products now being stored require different standards of storage space ranging from traditional racked storage, through to containerised storage, to fire proof data cabinets, to fire proof safes and fire proof steel containers.
- These different forms of storage provide varying levels of climate control and security. Many different types of business will mix and match the storage to their specific requirements. Solicitors will store general archive boxes either on racked systems or in containers with deeds, wills and other documentation of high importance being stored in fire proof cabinets. Companies requiring off site data back up storage will store predominantly in fire proof safes. Building societies will store all deeds in designated fire resistant containers.
- We are able to provide all storage mediums within our secure warehouses. Our traditional racking provides numbered locations. This racking is being utilised for our standard archive boxes but we can cope with different sizes of boxes. This racking is being used to store full size drawings in roll tubes. Each roll tube is numbered and the location entered on our database to facilitate ease of retrieval. We can provide wooden archive containers (particularly suitable for clients with small quantity requirements who undertake their own retrievals) with lockable doors. One of our warehouses is dedicated to providing containerised archive storage space and provides service for business using from one container to three hundred containers.
A small safe is ideal for small volume high security storage. The safes are stored within our entirely steel structure building equipped with red care central station monitored alarms. This is a mid size fire proof safe.
